Here at Beach Villa Fiji there are 2 options when it comes to food for your stay, there is the self catering option and also the private chef option, both are detailed below, just for reference, since opening - 92% of guests choose the private chef option and 8% go with self catering.

SELF CATERING

This option is self explanatory, there is a bare kitchen and you can do your own cooking, you can also eat out at restaurants/cafe’s in the area. There is a small supermarket just over the road where you can buy food but it is pretty small with only basics available so it is recommended to do your shopping in Nadi.

PRIVATE CHEF OPTION

We believe that food is at the heart of every memorable vacation, and we’re here to ensure your culinary experience is nothing short of exceptional. Our talented chefs combine the finest local ingredients with premium imports to create delicious dishes throughout your stay. Whether it’s tender New Zealand Lamb, Free Range Pork from a local farm along the Navua River, or freshly caught seafood, fruits, and vegetables from the area, every meal is crafted with care and flavour in mind.

With our private chef option, we want you to know our approach is all about making your stay special—not about making a profit. If you’re feeling peckish between meals and would like some fresh fruit, a little bite such as fries or a sandwich, or even a scoop of ice cream, just let our chef or one of our staff know, and they’ll happily take care of it at no extra cost

HOW IT WORKS & COST

The way our private chef option works is this - you give us a list of your groups likes and dislikes when it comes to foods and cuisine types, we then go do your shopping for you (receipts provided), then when you arrive you have your fridge and cupboards stocked with food for our chef and staff to prepare your delicious breakfast lunch and dinner and also snacks during your stay.

The cost of the private chef option is $385FJD per day PLUS the cost of the ingredients we buy for you (receipts provided)  - This is to pay for the chef and staff. 

The average cost per person per day depends on your ingredient choices, but based on a group of 10 as a guide it averages out at between $65-$95 FJD per person per day. This is the cheapest option for food anywhere in Fiji!

The payment for the private chef option & ingredients is made at the end of your stay.
