I am passionate about giving back to Fiji, I encourage staff to provide services to our guests where you pay them directly so the money goes into their pockets to help support their families and villages. Some of these services include massages, nails, baby sitting, fire and cultural dance shows and cocktail making.

Adi is our dedicated house manager, she hails from the village of Matokana which is in the interior of Fiji. With her warm hospitality and extensive local knowledge, she’s committed to ensuring your stay is nothing short of exceptional. Whether you’d like to book exciting tours, arrange activities, or need assistance with anything at all, Adi is always ready to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her—your happiness is her only priority.

Mere is from Serua Island, she is an integral part of your experience at Beachvilla Fiji. She ensures your rooms are serviced daily, assists with meal preparations, and makes sure you have everything you need for a seamless stay. Mere is also a highly skilled massage therapist, offering relaxing in-house massages to help you unwind.Adding to her talents, Mere has her own vibrant dance crew from the surrounding villages, delivering breathtaking cultural performances and fire shows right on the beach. These captivating shows are the envy of nearby villas, making your stay with us truly one-of-a-kind!

Leni is from Tailevu, she is our dedicated housekeeper. She keeps the property spotless and ensures your sheets, towels, and rooms are fresh and inviting every single day.But Leni's talents don’t stop there—she’s also a master of mixology! Her cocktail-making service is a guest favorite, allowing you to relax in the pool or lounge in the sun while sipping on delicious, freshly made cocktails. With Leni around, indulgence and relaxation are always on the menu.

With years of experience in some of Fiji’s finest hotels, they now enjoy the freedom and creativity that comes with working directly with our guests.
